What a great time I am having driving my second BMW! My experience at BMW Grand River has been exceptional and I appreciate the superb Customer Service and attention to detail. Even though we live in Toronto, it is a pleasure to deal with Jordan and the Team in Waterloo!

Far from impressed with their service.
Brought my vehicle in the day before my appointment for an oil change and to check the volume control on the steering wheel.
Left it over night and all day for an appointment at 7:30 a.m. for service… went to pick it up after work and it had not been looked at.

Had to pay for a loaner and make sure the tank is back to full.

Definitely not bringing my vehicle back to this dealer.

A year ago we had the worse experience looking at buying a new vehicle at this dealer.

We drove all the way to Toronto and it was well worth the drive.

I would never recommend service from this dealer.

I’m currently driving my third BMW, an X4 and could not be happier. Jordan and his team at Grand River are pros. The customer service is second to none, from the personal communication to the integrated technologies leveraged to book appointments, track service and deliver work order receipts. Efficient, hassle free, personable, plus they make a decent cappuccino… :)

I recently purchased an X3 at BMW Grand River. Jim Cockerham provided excellent customer service and made my experience enjoyable! I shopped around for cars at multiple dealerships prior to visiting Grand River, nothing compared to the thoughtfulness, transparency, and friendliness of Jim and all staff at BMW Grand River. Jim was very personable and treated me with the most respect. The quality and cleanliness of my vehicle is truly outstanding, they all went above-and-beyond!
