I lived with Boardwalk since I got to regina and when I tried some other places couldn’t believe how landlord treated me, and now I wanted to go back to boardwalk, they called for reference my landlord gave bad attitude and hang up on them, but still boardwalk checks my previous experience with them and I got approved to stay in peace again. worst place to rent.. poor maintenance

They can’t wait until the situation gets better in terms of virus spreading so quickly and want to take PREVENTATIVE measures for cockroaches treatment. What if tenants are not comfortable in letting anyone come in during this time to avoid spreading it? No cockroaches but still they want this treatment done AS THEY HAVE FREE TIME now. Dont tell me you are not able to find me as a current tenant as u r telling others.

worst maintenance,, they can not even fix any urgent problem within 24 hours.. can not recommend this place for a long term rental. Total sucks.. People choose these type of Rental company over private rental for quality and 24 / 7 maintenance. It sucks.. don’t deserve a star

honestly terrible. paper thin walls. you are basically gambling as to whether or not you will have loud neighbours, and with the kinds of people who are renting here (typically university students), you are probably gonna hear noise late at night. i have heard the same complaint from 3 other people i know living in the complex (all of who live/lived in different buildings). if you want peace of mind, find somewhere else to live.
