Have always had a great shopping experience whenever at this location. The staff is friendly but not overbearing and gladly willing to help you find whatever you would like. I usually opt for the staff’s help because I do not wish to spend more than 20-30 minutes in any store. Online order returns as handled efficiently and without hesitation. Be prepared to have all payment history with you if you need to exchange or return online orders to a Boathouse store. This helps the staff make your return quicker and easier.
Stores are easy to navigate and have great clothes, shoes, accessories and backpacks always available.

Went in tonight with my daughter. Young lady was very helpful. Got my daughter a fitting room and attempted to order online for something they were out of to speed up the process. Cashed us out quick and easily. Will be back!

Customer service is always outstanding at this store. Great clothes, great prices and it’s a Canadian business!
