I started visiting the McNicoll location for about a month now. The reception staff was extremely helpful with scheduling appointments and processing insurance claims – and she was extremely friendly! I appreciate the COVID-19 protocol that is practiced at this location and the reception staff does set a good example for everyone else in the clinic.

I am currently seeing Dr. Haw for Chiro and she is AMAZING! She takes the time to listen to my requests and ensures that I am comfortable with the treatment. Additionally, her advice is very meaningful and is directly related to my concerns.

Overall, a great team of professionals and office staff – keep it up guys! Highly recommend anyone to go here!

I’ve been going here for the last few weeks pertaining to my back. Dr. Haw has been straightforward and very informative on maintaining and improving flexibility. So far, I’ve seen improvements based on her recommendations. Erwa, the receptionist, has been superb with contact and appointment reminders, very professional. I’m looking to continue services there with physiotherapy as well. So, I am looking forward to it!

I’ve been going to Body Works Physiotherapy for upper back, shoulder and wrist pain that I had experienced over the past few months. Angie (Anjali Dharaskar) is the one working on my case and she is awesome. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She listens to my pain concerns and provides a treatment best suited to my needs. She asks/checks on how I feel at every appointment before we begin and adjusts the treatment accordingly and does the same after each treatment session. Her treatment plan has been working and I’ve progressed well. I am very happy with the treatment and highly recommend Angie! Thank you so much Angie! Erma the receptionist is great as well. She’s friendly, accommodating and does not miss in reminding me of my upcoming appointments with a phone call/email.
