There was a friendly lady working, I already knew what I was looking for. Grabbed the Punky Colour Midnight Blue for the first time. They said if anything is wrong with it they will exchange it for free. I also get a discount next time I come in, I think because I signed up to be a member with my email.

Great service! The manager Mercury is so sweet and informative.

I bought a few pair of nose studs from Body Mods, she told me should a stone fall out the stud would be replaced.
When a stone did fall out of one of the studs I sent an email which was never replied to nor was a phone call or text message, because the day I went to White Oaks to have the stud replaced she wasn’t there.
When I returned a few weeks later, I live out of town, she told me it had to be within a certain of period of time which she failed to mention when I made my purchase. 2 wasted trips to London.
