We previously ate a bolete and felt it was one of the best restaurants in town. Upon our most recent visit we were greeted with food that was much more underwhelming and cheap. Corn and Mac’n’chesse were the only available sides. It felt very low fare for fine dining prices. Really sad about our most recent visit but hopefully this review can find the chef well as we love the service at the restaurant.

We’re here on one of the first Sunday nights (and there is a concert) and the place is hopping! The menu was interesting with seasonal options as well as vegetarian options, and the bar and wine list also reflect the Niagara region! I would definitely come back, especially to try out the oysters!

The food was piping hot and served and the perfect pace. We had two eight year olds with us and I was a bit worried that the food would be too “fancy” for them, but they gave the food “one hundred out of a score of 10”! The adults all agreed. I cannot say enough about how much we all enjoyed this evening. We really hope that they do this event again next year. delicious!

Great service, great atmosphere, and great food. Good selection of Niagara wine (we had 13 King’s Riesling and Two Sisters Rosé). Tuna tartare was fresh and pleasing to the eye and the tongue. The lobster spaghetti and rib+chicken dish were tasty too. We were surprised at their mac and cheese served with the ribs—it had a fun spicy taste to it! The chicken was average but the ribs were sooo soft and well-balanced with the sauce. I would highly recommend this place!

Our server Emily was super friendly and knowledgeable about everything. After having oysters had 3 apps to share as well as a dinner. The warm olives were my favorite app and a must try if you enjoy them. Mixed spiced warm nuts were great as well with my seasonal beer. Choosing a drink was difficult because they offered so many interesting offerings.
