Always leave with sharp brows, a massaged temple and felt very safe with their covid measures.

My experience here starting out great but quickly declined when I visited months back. I was greeted in a friendly manner and was made to feel comfortable. Perhaps it was just the woman who did the threading that made this a poor experience.
She went ahead with threading my eyebrows and then as was doing so she thought it would be appropriate to point out that I had not one, but two breakouts on my forehead. Thank you for telling me as if I was not aware and not attempting to cover with makeup, this was awkward and so unprofessional and unrelated to her job.
She then told me that she would have to put Polysporin on my eyebrows because there were many small cuts. I didn’t even know you could cut someone with threading but apparently you can do it multiple times within a few short minutes. These cuts ended up scabbing before healing so that looked really awful.
When she asked if I would like my brows filled in she offered a natural or dramatic option and I said only fill them in if they look very natural please. I had lost almost all trust in her by this point so I wanted to make it clear that I wanted them very natural.
I have a strawberry blonde hair and left with terrifyingly bold dark brown/black eyebrows. I quickly hid them under my sunglasses and ran home where I took a quick photo to send to my friends so we could share a laugh before having to aggressively scrub them off.
The only positive of this was that the shape of my eyebrows was nice and once all the cuts healed they looked alright.
I received an email asking me to give feedback about my experience there and I told the business all of these details. I did not receive a response so decided to post a google review.
Perhaps I just was matched with a woman who just was not as experienced as the rest but it has certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.

Switching to 1 star as depending who is working , they change the treatment towards customers .. sometimes accommodating and friendly other times not so much

I’ve gone here several times, the service was good every time. The price of brows includes a mini head massage, so it is worth the value.

My eyebrows were uneven, they traced them out and discussed what they would be removing before starting.

Have been going here for 3+ years. Always worth the drive from Surrey. Tip: Morning appts are the best!
