The stars are for Jeffrey who is a knowledgeable and friendly person who provides good customer service. He gives every indication that he would be able to handle the process of a customer order despite the fact that when I ordered items in the past in this store it seemed to be asking too much to get an accurate ETA for the order and a phone call when it came in. Telling me “it might be in there” and indicating a shrink-wrapped pallet that had come in hours before, was unacceptable.
