Kia helped me the other day, he has very good knowledge and was kind enough to give me all time I needed. I this his name was Kiazash.

Store manager Ishan was rude and gave me attitude/tried to start an argument with me because I was unable to grab a GIFT CARD! (which I got for purchasing a suit there) until a month after they called. Voicemail said to come in at my convenience (
obviously a lie) and I live/work on the other side of the city

Holding onto an envelope must be the hardest/stressful thing about his job as he attacked me right off the back. Don’t go here unless you want to get scolded and receiver terrible customer service from this fool.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come at this location the manager wouldn’t let me return a t shirt or even get e gift card. Not knowing i only had 7 days to return the item I think they should have also told me instead of putting my t shirt on a sale price. Very sneaky manager to hustle customers like that, avoid going to chinook hugo boss. Unsubsribed
