Great staff, but super slow on getting our meal. We waited about 40 minutes. I guess of you factor in that they just opened, maybe they weren’t fully prepped. However, there was nobody else in there.

Went here a couple of days ago, it was fantastic. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and my server always made sure my friends and I were well taken care of. Our food came out quickly, and the bourbon bbq pizza was delicious! Our drinks were always refilled quickly. Even though it was busy, all of the staff were very friendly and the manager took the time to come by to check on us. Will be back soon!

Ordered tea for myself, received a tea bag, sugar, milk, cup but no hot water. Had to wait and wait and finally flag down a waitress to get some hot water. Order cactus cut potatoes for an appitizer. Did not come and didn’t come, finally arrived with our dinner. They were to be an appitizer. Go to BP on a regular basis but have never had such terrible service before.

I came her tonight for dinner and had Jess.B as my waitress. If I could give a 6 star review I would. She is an amazing waitress very attentive. We got water, our drinks and food in great time and she always offered her best assistance when asked. 5 stars to the kitchen staff in the back for getting our food to us super fast. I will definitely be back. If the manager sees this post please appreciate your staff and show your appreciation during this hard time in the industry you got a great crew!
