Order not in stock second visit 50 minutes waiting to cut 3 blinds back home not precise cut of 2 blinds and one forgot to be cut third visit to make the cut after saying the employee was incompetent I was
threatened not to be served instead of an apology from the frustrated employee bravo for the service

Really disappointed with Bouclair, I who loved this shop! I bought a duvet cover and was told on purchase that if it was not used I had 30 days to exchange or will refund it … surprise when I returned for a refund to make me answer that they do not exchange the bedding, when it is even written behind the invoice that they exchange the bedding if it is in its packaging. The cover is still SEALED in its PLASTIC packaging … wish I had some common sense! In short 0/10 for customer service … I thought of buying all my decoration for my move! It will not arrive. Very very disappointed.

Very nice shop, very clean, still good service.
On the other hand I find that Bouclair is sometimes a bit expensive in price.
Nice place to find gift ideas.
