I am super nervous around dentists due to me having pretty bad pseudo-seizures but the staff was just absolutely phenomenal! Made me feel 100% safe Just had a Buttload of teeth pulled!

It wasn’t just tolerable, as most people have some level of anxiety going to the dentist. This was truly enjoyable. Dr. Janz and his assistant were fantastic.

The most efficient painless dentist i have ever been to. Highly recommend. They do their best to get you in the soonest for dental emergencies. Great friendly staff wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

Overpriced and terrible communication with dental insurance companies.

Boundary Trails sent a quote for my procedure to my insurance company, to see what they would cover. I was told that the insurance company would mail me the coverage info. Three months went by and I received nothing. I became suspicious something was not right and I called Boundary Trails. I was told to contact my insurance company because the problem was on their end. I called my insurance company, and was informed that they had replied directly to Boundary Trails the same day the coverage info was requested. I called Boundary Trails back and told them that they in fact, had had my coverage info for some time now and to please find it. After awhile they found it, but couldn’t provide a reason as to why they had managed to lose it for three months…
My job as a client is not to babysit the dental clinic… I just don’t have that kind of time.
