Walked in here today and stood on the floor for 15 minutes. I then asked one of the girls for a size and she just told me we don’t have that and didn’t even offer an alternative. Continued to wait at this point, because what the hell let’s see how long it actually takes for someone to acknowledge my presence. After 15 minutes one out of the 2 girls working finally approached me and tried to help. I was completely appalled by the lack of customer service at this location and expressed my frustration. I will never ever return here.

Bad news like this travels fast

When I went into the store to buy my shoes they assured me I would be able to exchange them if ever there was a problem with sizing or style. However, when I tried to exchange them because they were the wrong size, I was told this was not possible. They took my shows and tried to stretch them manually, and when I went back to get the newly stretched shoes they told me I would have been able to exchange them before but because I stretched them now, I can’t exchange them anymore. The girl that worked there was rude, disrespectful, and overall gave very bad customer service, I was not impressed. I called the location and they told me the manager would call be back, but it’s been 5 months and I’ve heard nothing (the last 3 of those months we were in quarantine though). I will not be returning to this store, and none of my associates, friends, or colleagues will be either.
