I placed my order on August 2, 2020 for a stove, 2 loveseats and a sofa with a promised delivery time of 3 to 7 weeks. Received the stove I had chosen about a week later – extremely dirty inside and out. The burner components were all rusted and a fire hazard. Received another stove – better condition but missing parts. I had to go get them myself from the other stoves in the store.
Received my loveseats almost 8 weeks later with so many excuses one after the other and still going around in circles …. but no sofa! Finally to realize that the sofa has never been ordered !!!!!!! Finally, after calling, texting (unanswered) – I took charge of speaking directly with the manufacturer (who was very kind each time) directly – I finally got my sofa 15+ weeks later after threatening to cancel my order !!!!
Very happy with the final product but the service was a struggle from the start ….. very disappointing and stressful !!!!!!!!
I am a patient person, but there is a limit that a person can be patient.
I can’t believe that a person who has been in business for so many years runs a business this way …… not even got a discount for all the problems I have encountered !!!!!! !! “No no I can’t – I need the money.”
My advice – stay away from this business. Excellent saleswoman and a lot of promises but lies, lies and more lies !!!!!!!!!

I find it to be a very badd service not punctual on their dates never answering the phone making customers wait for very long

I was very upset because I waited too long for my sofa, but finally I got it and it is so beautiful custom made sofa. In addition the owner gave us a really good discount as an excuse for the delay. We all make mistakes but it matters how we fix them. Thank you!

Just save your money and don’t go there.
They don’t pay their employees. All their stuff is dirty and broken and there are no prices on any item.
Plus, the owner refuses to wear a mask and follows you around very closely.
