We give Bright Plumbing 5 stars. They had bought in the wrong size water heater tank by miscommunication. They are not arguing with the issue instead they work around to deal with the issue to replace a correct size tank. Great service!

Our water heater broke and flooded our basement just a month after moving in to our home. I called around to many places and everyone was quoting me ridiculously higher than Bright did. Not only that, but everywhere else that we called also told us that our warranty was expired, but Ed from Bright did some extra digging for us and found out that we actually had another years worth of warranty. Ed was also so friendly and patient, and was great at explaining everything to me and answering my many questions. I had an exhaust fan installed in my bathroom by Bright Plumbing. I got booked in quick, the guys got the job done in a few hours and the install looks slick. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
