Like the rest of the bad reviews, customer service is very poor. If U allow your staff to act unprofessionally, demand people use sanitizer that isn’t approved by the “canadian board of health and medical standards” and then act condescendingly towards customers, you will continue to lose customers like you did today.
I walked to my local store 4 blocks away called “jak’s” on grandville and 10th ave, where the employees are courteous, outgoing and professional all the way down to their attire. I purchased the same product at a cheaper price and was treated with respect and class.
Allowing ur staff to sit on a stool and surf the web instead of actually representing your establishment with pride and with real customer service is embarrassing and reflex on management and ownership.
Poor scores today Broadway liquore store. You have Much to work on if u want to be in the same league as jak’s.

This my local spot. Great selection and eclectic staff. My dog loves getting treats from them. They have great sandwich board content. kinda pricey – but it’s good to support private liquor stores.

Great selection of local craft beer. Lots of sours, stouts and pale ales. I visited mid December, part of their COVID plan involves not handling the beers yourself, but working with staff to get your selection. I was putting together a large selection as a gift, the staff member who helped me was personable, friendly and very patient in getting me 18+ different cans
