I completely agree with most of the people’s review in this store. I didn’t also had a good customer service experience in this place. I went to pick up the boots I ordered and I politely asked if I could try them and the asian lady open the box for me and I tried them on. But the boots were a little bit bigger so I asked her again if I could try the smaller size. The other male asian guy got it for me in a different color so I tried them on after that I told this asian lady that I will have to exchange to the right size and she looked at me and just process the transaction without asking me or saying I’m sorry that size didn’t work for you. I was just disappointed leaving the store and told myself not to but shoes or boots at this particular place. They were not friendly at all! I work in a shoe dept and I know exactly how to treat the customers with the friendly manner and with a smile on my face even wearing a mask!

I bought a pair of Blundstones from here and the associate was so kind and helpful. His name is George. :)

Went in to pick up $500 boots that I had an eye on for a while with my husband, as he was looking at shoes for himself as well.
A salesman approaches me, no ‘hello’, no ‘excuse me’ just a straight up attitude ‘ You are not allowed to wear a shield in this store, you have to be wearing a mask, that’s OUR store policy, please leave!’ I was just in shock! I underst times are tough right now and we are all under stress, but there is no need to be so unpleasant about it. Yes, I was wearing a face shield and there is a reason for that, I have skin condition that mask make worse. I respect the rules and obey them! Shield and masks are accepted in all public places but apparently not at Chinook Browns! So instead of approaching this situation in a calm, pleasant matter and maybe offering a mask, or making an exception this one time, so I can make my purchase and leave, the salesman was rude and threatened to call SECURITY on me! This is unacceptable!
Adios Browns! No hard feeling, I know u have great people working there, I just got a nasty one today. Won’t be back for a while and will get my boots elsewhere!

My experience at this Browns was spectacular to say the least.
Came to shop for Blundstone and was assisted by one of the girls who explained the difference between models. After deciding on a winter version (with sheep sole) it turned out they didn’t have my size. I was advised to get order it through the store and get this shipped directly to my home from head office. I received the shoes about a week and a half after order was placed, however the sheep sole was missing from the package. I called the number on the invoice and was told that the warehouse is out of them. So I did call the store and a girl by name Emily went out of her way locating the sole, and shipped it to my house. They came with FedEx in 2 days. I would recommend this store to anyone to shop for high quality shoes and amazing service!

A BIG shout out to a salesperson named Sandra , that works at your Chinook Location . She immediately came and asked if she could help . I told her what I was looking for and she took me right to the product I was looking for. Unfortunately they did not have my size , she checked the computer for stock at other stores , no luck . However – she was so knowledgeable about other products in the store, she kept coming up with solutions , until Eureka – we found something that worked ! The ask , the perseverance, the product knowledge , all while being polite and a twinkle in her eye – thank you Sandra for your help! Merry Christmas
