Good food and friendly service. I’m here fairly regularly.

I just had a very bad experience here. I ordered a Stake Frites well done, they served a very bloody piece, I asked them to cook a little bit more my stake and it came back. 😐 I had to take it to go because after 30 min, my husband and I had finished. nobody even asked me sorry. 😤

Exceptional service by Cole tonight! He was friendly, super attentive, and all of his menu suggestions were superb! I always liked this location but he went above and beyond to make our dinner tonight wonderful. We will for sure be back! :)

SO HAPPY !! Thank you for being awesome !! Here’s why:
A person answered the phone, quickly, the phone number was easy to find online, I wasn’t literally forced to order online & with a credit card, I paid with real money (debit – more real than credit card), the woman who answered the phone was really polite – she laughed at my partial joke (which is important compared to people in customer service who just ignore an obvious time to be a human – especially in business/customer service – when a joke is made, for example). The side door was perfect for pickup orders too. And yes the food was spectacular & delicious as always.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate being able to speak to a human on the phone, place an order, & pay in person – and I’m not a dinosaur/old person – I’m 37.
