Having worked for many years in sea and air freight, I had some concerns regarding my move from France to Montreal. It is nothing, Brytor assists me at each stage: a person from Brytor was present during customs clearance with all the documents to help, my packages were delivered in perfect condition (not even a cracked glass) etc … In short I highly recommend this company for its thoroughness and professionalism

We just moved to Quebec from Singapore and used Brytor for the local delivery. They are the worst communicators we have ever dealt with. Many un-returned emails and phone calls checking on status. Last minute notifications and miscommunications. The unloading was done with a team of 4 with no leader so they fought about how to unload and mixed up the delivery in every room making us work for 2 days to get it straight. I will never use these guys nor will we recommend them to anyone!
