Dave at Budget has been a great help. He goes that extra mile to make sure I have exactly what I need. I have rented a van several times, and I have also rented an SUV, and both vehicles were clean and reliable. I’m also happy that I can collect Air Miles with each rental.

Friendly staff. Service is great and fast. Prices for vehicles are affordable, cheaper than other car rentals I have inquired about in Thunder Bay. Also vehicles are available same day not what other car rentals had when I inquired.

I have been renting the same car from you for almost 2 years now; I recently stopped in to renew my rental for another month and saw the option for winter weather tires. Since we were in the middle of a snow storm I thought this would be a good thing to do. When I told your agent I would like a car with the winter weather tires, he told me it would be an extra $20 PER DAY! I think it is reprehensible to put a $600/month premium on the safety of your customers. This is making me reevaluate my business with Budget.

I tried to rent a pickup truck to tow a small boat and trailer … they wouldn’t allow it for towing so I didn’t rent anything
