Rented a 16ft truck from this location, and I dealt both with Rahman and Prescilla. I am very grateful that I have chosen this location for my truck rental. These two have been very considerate of my situation. Rahman especially was very sympathetic. He understood my position in the point of view as a customer and took care of my concerns in the best way he can. I will strongly recommend anyone who’s looking for truck rentals for moving and look for Rahman to deal with. Prescilla is the supervisor, who approved my specific concerns to ensure my experience as a customer was good.
