They lost one of my shirts at my first visit, and tried to tell me that i never dropped it off. When they found my shirt a month later the owner claimed she didnt do anything about it because she was waiting for the shirt to turn up. Just horrible.

Wooow Spoiler alert….it’s no brainer that am sending my delicate fine cloth to laundry so I won’t ruin them but with this one you would wish that you washed them by yourself.
They washed my cloth but they cut off a small delicate US Polo leather in the zipper of my sweater and thought I won’t notice it.
Seems the employees there are not serious or well supervised cause surely any owner won’t accept this.

Aweful. Do NOT take fine shirts here. They will come out looking worse than when you took them in, and theres a good chance they will get ruined. Totally unprofessional job.

First time trying this place because my regular dry cleaner closed down. Took three articles of clothing, only one that really needed it bad, a linen shirt with sweat stains on the collar. Came back just as dirty as it went in. Won’t go back.

Got the job done quicker than I thought
