Print Centre (Staff good/helpful – services available subpar) – Don’t bother if you are a MAC user and need to deliver files on a USB drive. They only accept USB drives formatted on PC. Can’t accept files by email over 36mb. Unless you are printing office documents with low file size or are a PC user, not recommended.

Worst customer service ever, tried it twice , but that was really my fault that I retried it again, they let you wait for an hour and one says that yea we can print it , just wait there, and as they are printing your photo because it takes them a while the employee says oops we can not do it as it takes a while, and we do not have the required programs, please come back tomorrow. I don’t recommend it for any one.

Worst customer service ever, rude manager and workers. I ordered an apple watch online and my sister went to pick it up and they refused to give her my purchase even though she had my id. They treated her rudely and didn’t give her a solution. The manager should be fired, get a better manager.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only they are low in staff but they give attitude when we ask for it. I will NOT return there i hope they go bankrupt, eitherway all their merchandise is available on Amazon. And for those who want to use FedEx, you can go to the post office directly. At least they won’t make me pay to tape my package there.

Was looking for a printer for school and didn’t know what to pick. One if the associates Leonardo helped me a lot and had so much knowledge on both laser and jet colour printers. With the knowledge he had he had help me pick one of the best printers (not just from what he told me but also with the research I’ve done). Would recommend him for any help in printers for school work.
