Dr Butler listened to me as I described my problem. During the examination she told me beforehand what she would be doing next. She prescribed some items to try first, then if that did not work she took measurements for the next step, so that I would not need another examination. Very caring, efficient and thoughtful Dr. Not sure what all the prior reviews are about, I found her to be a wonderful Dr.

I have tried to call the officer for 5 days and no answer… Dr Butler is a great doctor but it is very frustrating when I have to wait for 2 weeks for a requisition to be sent (that I had to call the hospital to get any information) and not being able to get in contact with anyone to get paperwork sent over

I was lucky enough to have Dr. Butler on shift at the hospital the night I went into labour. She was calm, decisive, and very knowledgeable in an emergency situation. She saved my life and my daughter’s. As I sit here bouncing my toddler on my knee, I am forever grateful for skilled surgeons such as her. Yeah it sounds like from the other reviews her receptionist isn’t the best.. but is that really how you want to judge your doctor?

I had a great experience with Dr. Butler with an endometriosis surgery and two sections. She was always there to answer and questions and help with concerns and was always on top of follow up appointments. I also see her to get the depo shot and she is usually on time with me but have been late too. Would definitely recommend her.

One of the most rudest receptionist I have ever met. She has her own opinion, never listen to us, takes forever to answer calls, bad communication skills. I wonder why Dr Butler never see these online reviews about her. Dr Butler is a good Doctor at the same time she has worst receptionist in her clinic. She even locks the door and never takes calls during clinic hours when Dr Butler not in the clinic. Hope Dr Butler get rid her of soon for people convenience.
