Great hotel to stay at. Nice rooms and great breakfast every morning

Nice and peaceful place! Very nice rooms as well!

Very nice accommodation, quiet, comfortable bed, continental breakfast was included, only 5 minutes to shops and cafes. Hot Water pressure in shower wasn’t so good but had a bath instead. Host was also very pleasant.

We loved our stay here. Prior to arrival we were slightly concerned about the check in process (being from Ontario where everything is very regulated) however it was very easy and straightforward. Our room was spacious, the bed the most comfortable I have slept in and the jaccuzi tub was welcomed after a trip spent hiking. Breakfast was simple but delicious and easily accessible. I loved this stay and would stay here again when visiting St. Johns.

This hotel took our money after our reservation was involuntarily cancelled due to COVID 19 border closures. I contacted the manager multiple times about a refund and they said they would only provide a credit. Now, three months later, the hotel has failed to give us any proof of credit and will not answer the phone or email me back. I am incredibly disappointed. I understand that the lockdown was hard on businesses, but taking our money without providing a refund or credit hurt us too.
