Just now complaining to Alberta human rights office. Family of 4 all medical exemp with regular medical documentation refused entry because Bylaw about wearing mask. SOOOO frustrated on store. Menager was strict following “retarded” company rules. Will update after answer from Alberta human right office..Calling all to boycot this fascist store..
Horrible customer service. Kirk needs to be re-trained because his customer service lacks in all directions. Never shopping at this location, and will pass on the word for others not too either.
