Julene, who is the owner of the place was amazing. No time pressure for the Alpaca tour. She is able to answer all the questions we asked. Alpacas here are super cute!!! After the tour, you can visit the amazing shop with many alpaca related product!!!

My girlfriend and I went to the farm because she is fascinated with alpacas. Needless to say, what a pleasant experience! Julene was very knowledgeable about alpacas and genuinely excited to share her knowledge with us! Highly recommended for those alpaca/animal-lovers!

Camelot Haven is THE place to go for alpaca lovers or anyone interested in learning about these adorable, docile, intelligent creatures. It’s very apparent that the owner, Julene, truly has a passion for alpacas and sharing everything she knows about these furry animals. Going for an alpaca walk was so much fun; whether it was the endless photo ops, observing the very different personalities every alpaca has, and having the opportunity to interact directly with each animal – the experience was unforgettable and far exceeded my expectations. Don’t forget to visit the alpaca shop on the way out – it carries everything alpaca-related you’d ever need! A truly 5 star place!

Julene was an amazing host throughout our experience at Camelot Haven. Even prior to arrival, she was quick to answer all of my questions. She is genuine, friendly, and informative, providing you with the best hospitality while you’re there. Not to mention that there will be refreshments after the tour. Alpacas are beautiful creatures and every one of them have their own personalities and quirks. We went with the Guided Alpaca Walk, and the experience itself was priceless and I cannot explain it in just words. You will have to experience it for yourselves. Please make the time to stop by Camelot Haven if you are traveling to Vernon, BC or just to make a trip out there like my group did. It will not disappoint and definitely be worthwhile.

My husband and I booked the Alpaca Walk at Camelot and we had such a wonderful time – it was one of the highlights of our trip. The booking process was really easy. When we arrived, Julene met us at the front and assigned each of us our own alpaca to walk. It was interesting to see that they all have different personalities and may behave a certain way based on your own personality. During the walk, we went around the farm grounds while Julene educated us on alpaca facts and the plant life in the land. She also brought her camera and took lots of photos of us, and we were free to take our own photos too, of course. After the walk, we spent some time in the lovely gift shop where many of the products were made from fibre from alpacas on the farm. We had a great experience and Julene was a wonderful host and truly loves the alpacas.
