Worst service ever…ALWAYS!!!!

NO cash lanes open! Only self-checkout!!

If you’re gonna force your customers to use self-checkout you better make sure the machine is working properly!! Standing there for 3 minutes so a staff member can come press a few buttons on the screen so I can pay. Items were on the bagging area but the scale didn’t register correctly I assume. While there 2 other clients had the same issue.

Try to find someone to help you while you’re shopping in the isles…impossible!!! You literally see employees walk away from you when they see you’re coming to them for help. Staff chit chatting in other isles.

One of the last true Canadian stores left and I want to support it but GOD start paying attention to how badly your customers are treated!!!

Had to go pickup a drill that was on sale for an awesome price. Called ahead of time to see if they had stock and spoke with Matt. He said only one left but policy is no hold. 15 minutes later I arrive at the store and it had been sold to another client. He apologized but walked with me to customer service desk and personally called the store in Paris to get a visual stock check to make sure I wasn’t driving there for no reason. They did and I bought it! Matt was amazing to deal with and made me want to come back to the store again.

The store has definitely improved recently, but customer service is still the issue. Either very helpful or useless.

I recently tried to order bags of soil using the curb side pick up feature, but it was rejected after 3 days of waiting , which annoyed me since their inventory was 10+.

Once I went in store to try and get it in person, I found that the 3 older gentlemen I asked for directions and help just pointed and walked away. I then asked a older gentleman and a younger kid probably 17 years old. The older man just replied “it’s outside, I’m not getting that” .

This type of customer service is what drives people away, especially in a large store like this. If it weren’t for the younger worker who went outside and went above and beyond , I simply would have left and have this a 1 star review
