Came to get my remote starter fixed today got a appointment for 9:00 am which I called and booked 2 days prior.
Called to ask if it was done around 12:30 pm and got told all the guys went on lunch break they will come back after one hour and they are still looking into it and I told them I was nearby dealership never told me they needed the second key phob at that time.
They called me at 2:10 pm saying they need the second key phob and are not able to diagnose what is wrong.
I had some work after 3:30 pm so could not afford to waste any more of my single day off
time with them.
Will get my remote starter fixed some place else.

My wife and I bought a new Ford f150 at capital. We had a great experience with Sara and Jeff, always a pleasure to deal with the both of them.
