Lack of transparency on the origin of parts for repair of a vehicle less than 2 years old when requested. The piece in question did not look like the original part, I was told that it came from the manufacturer. Mention even that they verified the provenance. Finally, I had to ask for the order forms, the piece came from a refurbished parts center. Also, we had to return 3 times for patches and adjustments on the work done on my vehicle. We are waiting for order for the manufacturer’s good original parts. I hope you will have a better service than the one we received.
