I called to know about how much it would cost to paint a bumper and they wouldn’t tell me how much claiming I have to drive the car there …. Lack of people skills too

I had to wait 3 months to have my car repair and the administration never call me back to set me an appointment even when they receive my car piece. I call many times to ask if I can bring my car to finish the job and they always tell me that the place was full and to call another day.
