The lady in the front is very professional, she answered all of my questions and gives excellent customer service.
I’ve been calling many times, the manager seems to be always unavailable and never returns my calls.

I had work done on my truck this year, I can’t tell you enough how helpfully the staff was, they answered all questions kept me informed every step of the way. Extremely fair and honest people. If you ever need anything done look no further. Great people, great family owned business.

i wont recommend the place, very bad service. I brought my car here because of my insurance referral. Some parts to repair my car is out of stock and therefore they told me as soon as they recieved it they will call us, instead a year pass and no call from them so i have to go and check. According to them they call us but they dont ! No record or voice mail i recieved from them. Never i will go back in this place.

Brought a Mercedes a couple of weeks ago for a repair as part of one of Desjardins recommended body shops. Excellent customer service, from the receptionist to the general manager. Very pleasant to deal with them.
They do what they have to do and they don’t cut corners.
Considering how difficult is to get a decent customer service these days it is good to see there are companies out there that strive to provide a good customer experience

Fantastic service, unfortunately had to bring my car twice in six month and both time I had very very good service, everyone is very nice and they take the time to fix every single problem that my car had due to the accidents. Very happy with all the work they have done and I recommend them 100%
