Poor communication from management. Will not stand behind their work. Hide behind the fine print in their warranty when problems arise. My “repair” only held up to 2 months of winter.

I picked my truck up last night from Carstar and have to say I am really impressed, 1-I had mentioned to them I was going fishing today and needed my truck and they said they would do their best to have it ready and it was, 2-my truck was spotless and the repairs looked very good, 3-their attitude and responsiveness over the phone was very professional.

Thanks for 5 star service by Carstar (I say that now and maybe my grill will fall off today,,,,lol), I appreciate the effort by all.

The service I received from Rodney was fantastic. I felt he went over and above. A rental car was arranged and brought to the shop because my car was deemed un-drivable due to deer strike. I am very happy with the work that was done and the service I received.

I took my vehicle in for some body work. Picked it up today ahead of when it was to be ready. Very happy with results and impressed with the service. They fixed two paint chips free of charge. They also vauumed inside and washed my vehicle. Above and beyond what needed to be done!

Spouse had car worked on here through insurance. Was not impressed with how the service was executed at all. Firstly the body work car stars did was fine however they replaced our damaged winter tire with a summer tire…. in the winter… secondly they sent the vehicle to a different business down the road which is fine however never informed us where the car was and what work was being done on the vehicle. Said it would take 10 days ended up taking 18 days and everyday after the 10 we would call and they would say yep done tomorrow… 3pm the next day we would call and they would say yes will be done tomorrow. This happened for approximately 7-9 days. In conclusion we were never informed what work was being completed, never given an accurate timeline, work done incorrectly and had to go back. Would not recommend.
