Great store with helpful staff

Unfortunately one star is too much for this store .
Staff is supper unfriendly and unprofessional
Looks like they don’t care about customer service anymore , which is fine will shop somewhere else .

All year Carter’s has ver good deal, First rate good most of their clothing. Employees always provide superb and friendly service!!

I’m sure most of the staff here is awesome, but unfortunately the lady who approached me last week made it incredibly apparent that exchanging my items was seemingly a major inconvenience to her. Employees should know not to talk smack about customers with their coworkers or other customers in front of their faces. I know it’s a pandemic and it’s a little scary to be at work, but what happened to customer service with a smile?
