Got the ultimate wash, which left white streaks on my car, went in to inform the attendant and he gave me another ultimate wash and apologized for the trouble ( although wasn’t his fault at all),.went through a second time and car was washed properly and was happy with the results.

STILL the best carwash we’ve been through in Kingston, despite the flashy look of the new Pioneer on Midland Ave.

Fast friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is not only properly cleaned but also taken care of. The staff member who helped me noticed that one of the caps for the air valve on my tire was missing and not only did he give me one for free, he said he remembered seeing one of mine, meaning it had the Dodge logo on it because I was driving a fairly new Charger and searched through every drawer of two different tool stands, determined to find it for me and when I asked how much he said no charge. As if that wasn’t great enough, to then be greated by a beautiful woman with the loveliest smile to pay for the wash. So professional and so warm and welcoming. Hopefully they both still work there so all of you can experience the great service I received but if not, I am sure their other staff is as well trained and as knowledgeable and welcoming as all the rest.
