Unfortunately just another family law firm who says they will take your case but then remove themselves just before court date when then just put themselves on the record with nothing accomplished and wasn’t available for the said court date anyways and further set me back yet again. Also inexperienced lawyer doesn’t know what a parenting plan is and fails to come up with any real legal strategy while making the client do most of the work and then leaving them high and dry by using the famous client solicitor breakdown excuse and while trying to be a therapist and not lawyer telling me my mental health and legal interests don’t align. Lawyers are not in alignment of their own “Practice” Family law is thee worst area of law to find a legit lawyer in period as they are not willing to do the work unless paid a huge retainer upfront to do very little work for bad advice or just dump your case the minute you don’t fork out another retainer, or use legal aid as a reason to not do their due diligence, discriminates against their own client, set you up for failure with no child psychology in mind and your into year eight of the corruption and degenerate “family court” racket system in which any BS goes by the opposing party. While the truth tellers are the ones profiled, punished, oppressed and silenced through court extortion and inadequate and ineffective counsel and even framed by the MCFD for wanting access and custody of their own child who tried to make you into a flight risk , have you investigated under false and frivolous accusations, uses malfeasance, manipulates the system and misrepresents court orders to be signed and uses the best interest of the child to try to destroy the parents while unscrupulous lawyers sit back and let it all crumble on the clients lap.
