This is Rosemary Miles. I am a Registered Nurse and I had a very, very painful pulled muscle in my back and a pinched nerve in my groin, which sent me to the ER. Terrible pain. My family doctor said it was sciatica and gave me a bunch of pain pills, anti inflammatory and nerve pain pills, which helped a little, but had the usual side effects – drowsy, dizzy, constipated..went to see the physiotherapist Elizabeth who is incredible! Did a full assessment and discovered it is my L4 nerve that’s been damaged. Also did great exercises and traction moves with me and taught me how to do them at home. Saw an immediate wonderful improvement! She is experienced and thorough and wise. I can’t say enough about how amazing she is and how grateful I am to have found her through a family member recommendation.

I had to come here for a physical to complete requirements for a new job offer. Matt from CBI was friendly and helped me work through all the steps in needed to do. Additionally it’s a fairly modern facility which is nice.

I have so much respect for Elizabeth, she is the best physiotherapist in the entire world. Sometimes I even drive 1 hour just to keep her as my therapist. She is so conscientious, efficient and knowledgeable in what she does. I avoid going to any doctors or therapists from my anxiety but she is something else. Someone who knows how to deal with stressed and anxious people. I have been dealing with her for the past 5 years and let me tell you that she exactly knows where my pain is coming from and deals with it.
