Staff is excelent. April Graham was wonderful and helped me on my way to recovery!

Went for massage twice , it was really good. But terrible customer service at front the reception, very rude and unfriendly. Charged my insurance twice for the same appointment and did not want to recognize their fault. Made me run around to figure out on my own, and three months later their error is still not fixed. They don’t care about anything. Second time , they were not even able to process my claim. I won’t bother going there again unless it is the last place left on the Earth. Plus super long waiting list more than a month to get to the appointment.

Awesome physiotherapy treatment from Angela, Jon, Remmert, and Lauren. Brought my newborn and they were super flexible with having him there! Definitely recommend to everyone I know who needs physiotherapy.

I have been to CBI Sardis for two different reasons. First for my shoulder then most recently for my knee. Both times I was met by friendly staff and an amazing physiotherapist Remmert. I was able to get in right away with no problem. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have been beyond impressed and humbled by the level of service and attention I have received from Tanya Wick [RMT]. Her deep tissue massage does wonders, I give her five star for her service.
