If wasn’t for the amazing staff I had and the push they gave me, I wouldn’t be going back to work!! Very helpful and being I was willing to put 100% into my rehab, they were doing the same!! I recommend this place to anyone who needs to do rehab!! Even got into yoga thanks to one of the therapists!! Always helpful!! 5 star rating in my books!!

The staff are very friendly, caring, and helpful. From our first meeting over the internet, I knew they would do their best for me. They took the time to answer any and all of my questions, and alleviate any concerns I had. Kendal and Cara made sure the exercises I had were right for me and my needs. I would recommend CBI to everyone who needs therapy.
I was impressed with the telehealth process. It is so much better than a phone call. I think seeing a person’s face is more personal than just a voice, and this is, in my opinion, what people need.

I really like the telehealth option to my recovery. It saved me the long travel to and from the center. The professionals there were open and very easy to talk with. I had some pain issues during my recovery. They were there immediately after I brought it to their attention. They developed a pain management plan the same day and that made a huge difference. These guys are great!
