I have not gone to this place yet, but the website is very apple oriented. I was trying to find prices for Samsung screen repairs, and could not find any. very disappointing for my first time looking at their services.

Took in my computer for what i thought was a small hardware issue. Was told “there was nothing wrong” with my computer and the reason he charged me $40 was he “checked for errors and found none”. Got home and a dozen error messages popped up (never seen before ) and the computer is now too slow to even use. REALLY feel i got scammed as now I have to take it in to “get fixed” from “getting it fixed”. Certainly NOT recommended

I took my phone in to have the screen repaired and the battery replaced as the original battery failed. The replacement battery lasted all of 30 days. Because the phone had oil in it from work a very small amount of oil from the original repair when I bring the phone in to see the battery has stopped charging they say we can’t guarantee our parts they did nothing to check extremely abrasive and unprofessional and this is supposed to be a certified Apple repair store?
In addition the mobile clinic did test the battery this shop installed, it was a failed Chinese knock off. The main board was working with no faults.
This is a money grab shop plain and simple.

Purchased a new mag2 60Watt charger for my MacBook Pro on December 03, 2020 at a cost of $84.00. The charger failed on January 27, 2021. When I returned to the store on January 28, they advised me it only come with a 30 day warranty, and they couldn’t help me. It seems it was a Chinese knock-off. I purchased a genuine Apple charger the same day at Westworld computers for $99.00, and it came with a 1 year warranty.
It seems to me the Chinese knock-off was a complete rip-off, and the store’s mark-up was exceedingly high. On line the same one can be purchased for $44.95 and free shipping.
We hear all the time to shop local, and try to, but find most “local” products are way overpriced, and little assistance is given when a problem arises. The charger cost $84 and worked for 54 days, so it cost me $1.55 per day to keep my battery charged, or an annual cost of $565.75.
The next time I hear a government commercial asking people to shop local, I think I’ll have them refer to this review.

On the servicing side, keep in mind they do not do soldering on the motherboard. For that, you’ll have to try Memory Express in Edmonton.
