This is the best place on earth to go

Recently stayed here while attending an event near by. While checking in, a bug literally crawled across the counter and was then squished by the staff. By itself, this incident could have been overlooked and was honestly a bit funny, but it gets worse. We were asked to pay in advance which we though odd initially but it all made sense in the end. Others attending the same event later told us they were offered a discount at check in for no reason for the exact same type of room. We were not offered this discount. As we went up to the room, we turned on the tap in the bathroom to freshen up and out came some gurgling brown sludge. As we looked around the room we noticed a soiled tissue next to the bed. Seriously! I can’t think of a more discussing thing to find. We were running late for the event so we had leave immediately. When we mentioned all of these issues to the staff later, we were told the sludge was “normal”???!! And they completely ignored the tissue I had mentioned. There were not many other options for us to stay elsewhere, or we would have. I certainly hope this is an isolated situation for the sake of the future if this business. I will not be returning. Which is a shame considering the potential this place has.

Very clean rooms with modern renovations. The water pressure is like no other I’ve seen, amazing water massage. ;) the restaurant could do better to be at par with the hotel.

We only use the pool and spa, nice pool..not bad spa

My boyfriend and I LOVED our stay at Chateau Logue. Every staff member we interacted with in our three night stay was so friendly and helpful, the pool being open til 10:00 pm was a great feature, breakfast was delicious and they were very flexible with the timing, and the room was clean and comfortable! I would absolutely stay again and would recommend it to all.
