They sold me a fridge and just over a month later it started leaking water onto my floor. I called them and they said they would come to fix it under warranty. They never showed up. and I called many times after and they gave me promises but still didn’t show up. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Worst service. Garbage product

Do yourself a favour, and do not waste your time with this company. You will receive an inferior quality product that may/may not work. If the product breaks down, there is a 6 month warranty that accompanies it, and the owner will do whatever in his power to not deliver the promises with that warranty. He is a crook, he will dodge your calls and go M.I.A. so that the warranty will expire and he doesn’t have to fulfill the warranty. Furthermore, he has a severe lack of customer service, he owns a repair shop, yet he can’t seem to “fix” his products. This business needs to be shut down.

We bought a second hand fridge from here. We thought it was great and we were getting a great deal as the price included delivery and a 6 month warranty. Boy were we wrong. After they delivered and set it up we left it for a bit to get cold. After several hours we checked and it still wasn’t cold. So we left it for a day. Still not cold. So we call them and they say they will send someone out to look at it… 3 days later he (the owner) finally arrives, figures out what’s wrong and leaves saying he will return the next day with the part to fix it. We never see him again. We try to call and he doesn’t answer. We couldn’t go without a fridge so we had to get a repair man to come and fix it. He told us the part (fan) was rusted so bad it wouldn’t turn and that they (this store) most likely knew about this and had greased it so it would work until someone bought it.
This place is completely unprofessional and apparently a “6 month warranty” means nothing. I would never recommend them to anyone and in fact I suggest you stay away from them all together.

I purchased a dryer from this company the owner Peter and his son delivered it. When we went to use it we discovered it was not working. We called him and told him it was not working. He did not come back to fix it until 2 weeks later. He came back with another man and took the machine apart. They could not fix it. The owner Peter said he would give us back the money, we called and visited his store several times and he has not returned our money. He wrote us a cheque and it bounced. We continued to call and he finally let us know he will not give us back the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
