By far the absolute BEST dry aged steaks anywhere! Heading back there today to fill up my freezer for the rest of the BBQ season and to place an order for a dozen steaks for next spring. Those should be 10 months old by then!

Good t- bones in brown beer and other side beside is keto stuff..good meat thou need more to look at thou..

Love this butcher shop. They have lots of great products to throw on the barbecue. Their “Gauloise” pork chops are amazing, but expensive.
