Okay, so I have been living in this Cherryhill 140 apartment for more than 4 years. I have to say it is much much overpriced. The equipment and all the facilities here are so old. The most important thing is that the old lady at front desk was having such a bad attitude towards me this morning when I said I want to move out. She insisted I was one day late to inform her 60 days in advance. I told her there was a weekend and I did not get through a call on Friday. This is ridiculous that I have been paying for 4 years and they are soooo mean and greedy to want my rent half more month. Cannot see the point why I should pay them when I don’t live in, just because I am one day late to tell them??!! Will never never ever rent their ‘beautiful’ apartment again. Besides, they should learn how to treat their customers better and with more respect.

Three years ago it was great living here. Now it’s all about the money I am freezing in my apartment. After complaining they put a thermometer right on the rad and says it is working. Meanwhile room temperature is barely livable and this is with pants long Johns slippers and a sweater on. Horrible living here in the winter now.

Too much to explain.

These apartments are the wors lots of noise through the walls . Very expensive to be that old and bad conditions. The new appliances are cheap . Most of the buildings have cockroaches horrible things. How is it possible??.. The costumer service is not good .. I don’t recommend to live in there . Seriously.

I remember living there before and the company was called Minto, they have possibly the worst renting service in London. The old ladies in office front desks were very irresponsible, constantly lying and making things up about stuff they don’t know, ignoring most calls and emails, and showing absolutely no respect for its customers. If you don’t like rude people, stay away from them.
