Our first experience was with the Pearl Milk Tea and we liked it! The pearls were lovely and the cold milk tea was refreshing. The normal suger was right for us and the regular size was more than enough for two!

Always loved Coco, the drinks here are great. A little disappointed they don’t take phone orders, with the pandemic I was expecting they would. We were told we had to order in store.

Pretty good but seemed way too busy for the amount of staff. I’ve gone to busier bbt places in downtown Toronto and waited like 1/4 of the time. Nothing against the staff because they were working really hard, but if you care about your employees and your customer satisfaction, please give them at least one more set of hands to speed things up a little.

The tea itself is perfect, I just wish the tapioca had a bit more taste. That’s an issue with Coco in general though and not this location in particular.

Staff work efficiently and get orders out quickly which is really important especially with this pandemic. They work clean, drinks taste super fresh. Love The passion green tea, grapefruit green tea, milk tea and 2 ladies. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. A gem in Hamilton.
