My husband buys me flowers from here all the time. He gets me the same thing. It’s usually about $35.00, $40 tops Imagine his surprise when he got me the same bouquet he always does for Valentines Day and it was 90.00. I get that it’s a busy time and one day a year to make money, etc. but that is over the top. A bouquet of mums, baby’s breath with 2 red roses. Very disappointed.

Today I learned of the loss of a dear,dear friend and in a state I phoned Coquitlam Florist to order flowers for the family. I spoke to Greta and I cannot express fully how much I appreciated her kindness and patience as I was fumbling over the card. She was just wonderful and helpful in my hour of need. Later I received a picture of the flowers and they were beautiful, just perfect and lived by the family.
Thank you again and again, Greta for your gracious understanding of the moment. You made a bad day much better. And I will use your lovely service when I need to send flowers again. Warm cheers, Cynthia

In mid-Jan, I ordered some flowers to send in sympathy. I previously wrote a review expressing how disappointed I was in the floral substitutions and how different the ordered vs delivered arrangement was. The owner reached out to me and discussed what could have happened and how to make it right. Everyone is human, mistakes are made. I appreciated the call and felt 1000% better.

We have used this florist for all of our important events. Absolutely beautiful arrangements and cuts. So fresh. I had them make a presentation bouquet for my daughter and was thrilled with the result!! Thank you for your continued customer support 💐💐💐
