In a covid context, we expect anything, so I call to find out how they work in terms of repairs. I was told over the phone that the repair would take a few days to complete. I have no problem with that. I go there and I am informed that the repair will take 2 months and that it would be better to go elsewhere. A big lack of professionalism in my opinion. If I had been informed that it is not possible to do the repair over the phone, I would not have bothered, but I took the trouble to call ahead to find out to make sure the repairs are available .
So, I don’t recommend going to them if you need a repair because it’s going to take two months and they’re misinforming their customers.
