My experience dealing with Cornerstone Properties have always been positive. They are upfront and deal with tenants in a respectful professional manner. Violeta has distinguished herself by listening attentively and going the extra mile to ensure I was happy. I would recommend their service to any prospective tennant or any property owner looking for property management services.

Be very careful as a property owner hiring this company. Jeff Varcoe doesn’t respond to emails unless he needs payments. I didn’t receive any income from this company but they sure billed their management fees. I highly recommend finding some else if you really need property management. I’m glad I cancelled this service within a year.

We had some work done in our place today by Wade. He is the handy man/repair guy for cornerstone . He is amazing , hes quick and efficient , polite ,respectful, and very personable. Very happy with the work he did and everything is working great like it should. Also he noticed other issues and submitted requests right away so we can have it dealt with in a timely manner.

Very Dishonest. Asked to fix a gap in vinyl floor (they installed) we were quoted worst case, pulling off baseboard and painting etc, guy shows up and says “we are lucky just need to bang it in with a mallet” in and out in less than 5 min. They still charged for all the work. I can understand $80 min charge to come out…but this is very very Dishonest.

In the business of ‘cornering’ the customer. The third party company they outsourced said that this job will take 2 minutes and they will be out. We were still charged the full amount of the dramatic work outlined in the initial quote. We still paid the amount in good faith, however they are truly a low educated mindset.
