Bought My first Electric Guitar here today. I don’t play guitar so i did some research on google prior to my visit. Staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Despite not knowing much of what i was asking for. They helped me every step of the way. Found everything within my budget. I was a bit intimidated entering the store as a complete neubie. But staff made the experience memorable and treated me with respect. 10/10 experience will be back in the future.

We went to Cosmo Music, when they opened their store recently, we have been there to buy a high-end digital piano. the security guided us to the second floor, when My wife and I entered the room, an older gentleman was sitting on his chair looking at his mobile phone, he did not pay any attention to us. we wait for a bit and then my wife decided to try an ordinary piano very gently. after few seconds the white hair gentleman who ignored us at first, start yelling at us saying you are not supposed to walk around and play all the pianos, I was astonished, all the pianos? my wife barley touched only one piano, I told him what we are looking for, then he starts asking few questions. My wife and I were so upset and offended so we left their store quickly.
at the same day we went to another store, the staff were very friendly, and their piano room was very well organized with lot of digital and grand pianos, much better than Cosmo Music. we bought a beautiful piano and they delivered and installed it next day.

After cancelling an order elsewhere (back order 2 months) I called Cosmo (first time) to see if they had my guitar available and how much time it would take to get here. That was March 29th and it got here March 31st delivered to my front door. VERY pleased so far but…. now I have to wait 24 hours for it to warm up safely before playing it. Thankfully there was a warning label on the box because like a 64 year old kid I wanted to rip it open and start playing it. THAT would have been a mistake. Attention to detail , pleasant phone staff and an easy online purchase guarantees that I’ll always start here for any future purchases. Thanks everyone. Al D.

He went out of his way to meet my needs, even exceeded it. Felt more like a friend helping another friend pick out the perfect guitar than an employee at a store. He puts his heart into his work and the effort shows. He educates his customers. You walk out of the store with more knowledge about instruments in general even if you don’t buy anything if you’ve met Andrew. He is truly loved and respected by everyone around him. I’m really glad to have met him because I now have a story to tell about how we found my favourite guitar – glad it was him who helped me find it.

Rob was THE guy and I can’t put to words how helpful, patient and knowledgeable he was. Also, a “pretty decent” guitar player!! 😉
Prices are in line and better than most competitors and online “deals”.
Easy to get to and ample parking.
There are customer bathrooms… weird piece of info, but if you are SHOPPING for an instrument, you will be there awhile (belive me) and the bathroom was a nice convenience.
