Two young ladies working in pharmacy whose name I didn’t catch were amazing! I made a mistake, and even it was my own fault they went above and beyond to help me. If your doc’s office faxing prescriptions to pharmacy, call and check first if they are filled! (I didn’t).

Always courteous and efficient. Sometimes a longer wait but that is not their fault. Careful to explain options on immunizations.

If I could give Costco Pharmacy negative stars I would.
I called at noon on a weekday and asked to have a common prescription filled. They said they were busy so I told them I could pick it up at 7pm, that’s 7 hours for them to put 18 pills in a bottle. I arrived at 7:05 and the clerk said it wasn’t ready. In fact it was supposed to be done an hour ago and they stopped working on it and forgot about it.
I asked how long until it’s filled. He said 5 minutes, 10 maximum. I came back 15 minutes later. The same guy said it’s not ready sit and wait. After 10 minutes I got up and asked him again. He went and said he put the pills in front of the pharmacist so they would actually start my order. 15 minutes later I had my pills. It took 40 minutes to fill a prescription I have filled there numerous times before, AFTER giving them 7 hours to work on it.
THEN at the grocery cashier I was told there were no boxes and if I wanted one for my cart full of food I would have to rummage through the aisles to look for one myself. Which I had to do. This is the single WORST experience I had had at any Costco (10+
year customer) and the WORST experience I have had at any grocery store/supermarket in my life. I am utterly appalled at the way the staff treated me.

Very happy with costco pharmacy and prices. I always fax in new prescriptions (yes, I still have a fax machine) or phone for renewals…then the pickup is easy.

On multiple occasions they have messed up my prescription billing, resulting in me waiting for up to an hour after initially trying to pay. Despite sitting and waiting in the chair directly beside them, nobody thought to tell me that they had finished re-doing it until I couldn’t wait any longer. I never write reviews but they are so incompetent that I won’t be returning, the lower dispensing fee isn’t worth the wait. This time my 15 minute extra wait is 25 minutes and counting.
